How do additional users work?

Additional users are purchased in blocks of 5 on PMO and Enterprise plans. Each block costs £150/month or £1,500/year.

What are AI credits and what counts as one?

AI credits power every AI action on the platform, generating documents and reports, executive summaries, AI chat with the project team (Alex, Morgan, Jordan and Taylor), AI plan augmentation, background delivery monitoring in the Agent Inbox, and risk/issue suggestions. One credit equals one AI request, regardless of length or model. Routine actions like saving data, dashboards, exports, and PDF generation do NOT consume credits.

How many AI credits does each plan include?

Pro includes 400 AI credits per month, that is approximately 100 AI interactions per week. PMO includes 2,000 AI credits per month (shared across the team). Enterprise includes unlimited AI credits. Credits reset on the 1st of each billing period, unused monthly credits do not roll over.

What if I run out of AI credits?

You can buy top-up packs at any time without changing plan: 250 credits for £5 (2.0p each), 1,000 credits for £15 (1.5p each), or 3,000 credits for £40 (1.33p each). Top-up credits never expire and are used only after your monthly allowance is exhausted.

Will I be charged unexpectedly for AI usage?

No. AI usage is fully metered and capped by your monthly allowance plus any top-ups you have purchased. When you reach 25% remaining, then 10% remaining, you will see proactive in-app warnings. If you run out, AI features pause until you top up or the next monthly reset, no surprise charges, ever.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect at the next billing period.
