How cancelling works
No lock-in, no retention calls, no hoops. Here is exactly what happens.
Two clicks, from your own account
Open Account and scroll to the red "Cancel Subscription" card at the bottom, then confirm — you are taken straight to the secure billing portal. There is no form to fill in, no email to send and nobody to talk to. If you are on a trial without a paid plan, or your billing is handled by someone else in your organisation, that card will not appear: there is nothing to cancel.
You keep access until the period you paid for ends
Cancelling never cuts you off mid-month. Your plan stays live until the renewal date shown on your account, and you are not charged again.
Your projects and data stay yours
Nothing is deleted when you cancel. You can export your projects, plans, RAID logs and reports at any time, and your data remains available if you come back.
Reactivating takes one click
If you cancel and change your mind before the period ends, a Reactivate subscription button appears on your account. After it ends, choose a plan again and everything is waiting where you left it.
Cancelling is not the same as deleting your account
"Cancel Subscription" stops future billing but keeps your account and all your data. "Delete Account" — further down the same page — permanently removes your account and your data, and cannot be undone. If you only want to stop paying, cancel; don't delete.
What about the free trial?
The trial takes card details up front, but you're only charged if you don't cancel before day 15. If you do nothing when it ends, the account simply stops being able to create new work — you are never charged by surprise.
